PhySC gym is a health and fitness center started by former MR. Universe, Sangram Chougule. The brand has branched out by opening six gyms all over the state which contain high-end equipments and service for customers. The client’s brief was to create brand awareness in the community while increasing the customer base.
To meet the demands of the client, a marketing strategy with a wide range of services were provided to increase the customers. Print media, pamphlets, OOH and social media were the mediums used to target the fitness conscious young generation. The mediums of brochures and In-store branding were carried out to influence the fitness freaks. On careful research of the communities, we realized the main source of customers for a health and fitness center is the younger generation which is increasingly conscious about gaining a fit body. To promote the brand to this target group, social media was chosen as a medium. Out-of-home advertising through various mediums, reaching out to the community through pamphlets was necessary to create awareness about the brand. The gym’s owner being Mr. Universe as well as award winning body builders training at the gym was an added marketing incentive to attract gym buffs. In-store advertising along with brochures to promote the gym’s high grade equipment and unique training techniques was essential in building the reputation of PhySC gym.
The marketing campaign resulted in facilitating a wider reputation to PhySC gym and much needed publicity of its owner Mr. Universe, Sangram Chougule. This resulted in creation of a mini customer base for the gym intent on pursuing body building as a profession. In the wider sense, the print and online campaigning created brand awareness in the community. The emphasis on the importance of a fit body resulted in a surge in customers throughout all the branches. The growing status of PhySC gym is a testament to the success of our marketing campaign.
