Produced and directed by Abhijit Deonath, Salt Bridge is an drama film about a migrant to Australia and his controversial relationship with an Australian woman. It depicts the protagonist journey through his trials and tribulations. The brief was to offer an different look to the poster although with a realistic touch.
After sessions of brainstorming, our team zeroed in on creating a realistic amalgamation of colours on digital canvass. We designed a series of posters each reflecting the depth of main characters of the film. The digital illustrations were in sync with its theme. It beautifully depicts the drama in a truly classic manner. The colours chosen were subtle, giving it kind of warmth required for drama & romance. Each illustration was digitally enhanced through working on its light, shadows, highlights etc.
The posters of the film convey its true essence. The subtle expressions with palpable sense of drama and romance is visible. Moreover, it conveys a great classic mood of the entire communication. In a nutshell, it effortlessly carries the magic of bollywood movies although in a unique manner.
